‘Plan It’ magazine debuts this fall

Grimm named chairman, CEO and president of Grede Holdings
Grede Holdings LLC recently appointed Douglas J. Grimm as chairman, chief executive officer and president of the company. Grede was formed in February by the combination of substantially all the assets of the former Milwaukee-based Grede Foundries, Inc. and Citation Corp., based in Novi. Grimm was instrumental in the formation of the new company.
Grimm is a 26-year industry veteran, having served as president and CEO of Citation Corporation and previously serving as vice president for Visteon, Metaldyne and Dana. Grimm began his career at Chrysler Corporation where he served in several management roles within the procurement and supply office.
