Go Solar Michigan seminar set
The Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association Go Solar Michigan program, an educational seminar discussing the basics of solar domestic hot water and photovoltaics is 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 8 at Lawrence Tech, 21000 W. 10 Mile Road, Room 140 in the Technology and Learning Center Building in Southfield. Kohl’s unveils remodeled store
The Kohl’s store in Rochester Hills will unveil its new look on Wednesday, June 9. New features and enhancements of the store, located at 223 E. Auburn Rd., include a redesigned home and junior’s departments; updated children’s, jewelry and shoe departments; updated check-out stations and updated restrooms for enhanced comfort and convenience. Waterfall Jewelers adds Pear
Waterfall Jewelers Gemologists of Clarkston has welcomed Bradley C. Pear. He was formerly the resident gemologist and appraiser at the now-closed Jules R. Schubot Jewelers in Troy, and will be in charge of the appraisal department at Waterfall.
He is a graduate gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America, and also a certified gemologist from the American Gem Society. Pear is also a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers.

Mufflers and More hosts its annual Car Care Fair
Mufflers and More is holding its annual Car Care Fair, with clinics such as  “Ask the Experts” and “Woman’s Car Care Clinic,” from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 12 at 490 N. Pontiac Trail in Walled Lake.
