SCORE to host workshop series in Lathrup Village

SCORE Business Plan Series workshops are 8:45 a.m.-noon, Wednesdays, Sept. 9, Sept. 16 and Sept. 23 at Michigan First Credit Union, 27000 Evergreen Road, Lathrup Village. Oakland County offers free business advice on Thursdays

Walk-In-Start-Up Thursdays is 9:30 a.m.-noon and 1:30-4:30 p.m. every Thursday at the Oakland County Executive Office Building Conference Center, 2100 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford Township.It is a small business counseling initiative for individuals who want to launch a business. They will receive confidential, one-on-one advice from an experienced business consultant with no appointment necessary, first come, first served basis and each session is limited to 15 minutes.
