Troy chamber hosting Nonprofit Management Conference

Troy Chamber of Commerce 11th Annual Nonprofit Management Conference is 8 a.m.–3 p.m. Wednesday, May 25 at Woodside Bible Church in Troy. It is presented by PNC Bank at Woodside Bible Church, 6600 Rochester Road, Troy. The day begins with a continental breakfast and networking hour followed by two breakout sessions, lunch, and two afternoon sessions.
At each morning breakout session, attendees choose one of five seminars covering core areas specifically geared toward nonprofit organizations: Governance/Operations, Marketing, Human Resources/Volunteers/Staff, Fund Development/Donor Relations, Leadership/Board Development, Technology and Finance/Accounting. In the afternoon, attendees choose between two sessions: one about working from best practices and the other about avoiding legal pitfalls online.
