Advantage Oakland County to host business workshops

Learn how to develop a winning loan proposal and what you need to know to position your business to be “bankable” before you meet with a lender, $25. • Business Research: Feasibility to Expansion is 9:30 a.m.-noon, Oct. 11 at the Bloomfield Township Library, 1099 Lone Pine Road Bloomfield Hills, free workshop.

• CEED Lending Small Business Loan Orientation is 9-11 a.m. Oct. 12 at the Oakland County Executive Office Building Conference Center, 2100 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford Township.

• Starting A Business is 9-11:30 a.m. Oct. 13 at the Oakland County Executive Office Building Conference Center in Waterford Township, free workshop.

• Walk-In-Start-Up Thursdays is 9:30 a.m. to noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursdays, non holiday, for individuals who want to launch a business at the Oakland County Executive Office in Waterford Township.
