Meijer installs electric car recharging stations at stores

Meijer of Grand Rapids has installed electric car recharging stations in its Warren, Allen Park and Holland stores. The grocer plans to add 10 to 20 electric car recharging stations at select stores in the near future. Meijer is Michigan’s first grocer to offer this complimentary service.

The Inaugural YP Best of Awards Gala is 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, at the new historically-placed Prive’ Lounge, 237 Jos Campau in Detroit. The event will feature Channing Pierce, Miss Michigan USA 2011, as the honorary event MC and will be co-hosted by William Malcolm of the William Malcolm Luxe Collection and Local 4 News Reporter Heather Zara.
